By using the Website, you agree to comply with these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. These Terms do not replace any separate agreement for the purchase, ownership, delivery, inspection stay or commercial operation of a Watersuite.

3. Purpose of the Website
The Website presents the Oasis Meu Watersuite concept, products, specifications, production, private ownership, hospitality applications, business opportunities and experiences. It permits visitors to submit enquiries, request consultations and express interest in inspection stays. Unless stated otherwise, content is informational and intended for preliminary commercial communications. The Website does not currently provide online purchase or payment facilities for Watersuites.
4. Product Information and Specifications
We endeavour to keep descriptions, dimensions, plans, photographs and specifications accurate. Watersuites may undergo design, engineering, production or customisation changes. Images, renderings and plans may depict prototypes, proposed configurations or optional features and may not reflect the final delivered product. Final specifications, price, scope of supply, delivery terms and warranties are governed by the relevant written agreement. Nothing excludes liability for unlawful misleading information or mandatory rights.
5. Watersuite Products
The Website describes Amor, the first realised Watersuite, and Amor II, a subsequent development of the concept. Products under development or in production may change. Any projected availability, location, production schedule or delivery date is indicative unless expressly confirmed in a binding agreement.
6. Ownership and Investment Opportunities
Information on ownership, hospitality, investment and partnerships is general and preliminary. Unless expressly provided in separate legally compliant documentation, the Website does not constitute a binding offer, an offer of securities or regulated financial instruments, investment or professional advice, or a guarantee of income, occupancy or returns. Interested parties should seek independent professional advice. Binding obligations arise only through relevant agreements.
7. Consultations and Enquiries
Submitting a contact or consultation request does not create a contract, reserve a product, guarantee availability or oblige either party to transact. We aim to respond reasonably but cannot guarantee response times. Preliminary discussions are non-binding unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Personal data is processed under our Privacy Policy.
8. Inspection Stay Requests
Inspection stays are subject to availability, operational conditions, applicable local requirements and separate booking terms. A request does not constitute a confirmed reservation; confirmation requires express acceptance by Oasis Meu. Before a binding booking, applicable terms may cover dates, prices, payments, cancellations, guest capacity, safety, liability, insurance and statutory consumer rights.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, original Website text, photographs, videos, logos, brand identifiers, renderings, drawings, design materials and other creative content are owned by or lawfully licensed to Caelum 1029. d.o.o. You may view content for lawful personal or internal business information purposes. Reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial exploitation without authorisation is prohibited except where permitted by law. No intellectual property rights are transferred to visitors.
10. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Website unlawfully, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its security, introduce malicious software, submit fraudulent or abusive enquiries, infringe rights or unlawfully collect personal data. We may take reasonable proportionate measures against misuse in accordance with law.
11. Third-Party Links
The Website may link to independent third-party sites and services. Such links are provided for convenience and do not necessarily indicate endorsement. Their content and practices are subject to their own terms. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
12. Website Availability
We aim to provide a reliable website but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, security measures, technical problems or events beyond reasonable control may interrupt service. Features may be updated or discontinued were reasonably necessary, subject to law.
13. Accuracy of Information
We take reasonable care with Website content, but information may become outdated or require correction. Prospective buyers and partners should obtain current, confirmed information before deciding. Nothing excludes responsibility for fraud, unlawful misleading practices or non-excludable liability.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on general, non-binding Website information where liability may lawfully be excluded. Nothing limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury where exclusion is prohibited, or any mandatory statutory rights. Product purchases and services are governed by applicable law and their separate agreements.
15. Privacy and Cookies
Please review our Privacy Policy for information on personal data and our separate Cookie Policy for cookies and similar technologies.
16. No Professional Advice
Website content is not investment, legal, tax, financial, regulatory or technical advice. Visitors should obtain independent advice before significant commercial decisions.
17. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Croatian law, subject to mandatory provisions of applicable law. Disputes are subject to competent courts under applicable procedural and consumer protection rules. Consumers retain mandatory EU and national jurisdictional and substantive protections. Separate agreements may specify additional lawful dispute-resolution terms.
18. Changes
We may revise these Terms and publish the updated version with a new revision date. Changes apply prospectively and do not unilaterally amend existing binding agreements except as lawfully permitted.
19. Severability
If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply insofar as permitted by law.
