Watersuite.

A new category of stay on the water.

Overview

A New Perspective on Waterfront Living.

A new category of stay on the water is developed around a simple idea: spending time on the water does not always have to be about going somewhere.

It is yours to place.

Your chosen location. Your own pace. The freedom to stay or move whenever you wish.

It is self-sustaining.

Thoughtfully engineered systems support a more independent way of staying on the water.

It is uniquely yours.

Personalised materials, colours and finishes make every Watersuite a reflection of its owner.

What you buy is a Watersuite. What you get is a Personal Waterstay.

Time on the water that belongs only to you. No itinerary, no schedule, nowhere you have to be.

Production

The Watersuite Journey

From the first conversation to final handover, every stage is guided by a personal approach, careful coordination, and attention to detail.

  1. Initial Consultation

Every Watersuite begins with a conversation. Whether intended for private ownership, hospitality, or a larger waterfront development, we take the time to understand the vision, explore the intended location, and provide guidance on practical considerations.

  2. Personalisation

Explore the available layouts, materials, finishes, and equipment options. Together, we select a configuration that reflects individual preferences and the intended use.

  3. Tailored Proposal

Once the key requirements are defined, we prepare a tailored proposal outlining the selected configuration, commercial terms, and anticipated timeline.

  4. Craftsmanship & Production

Following order confirmation, the Watersuite enters production. Our team oversees the process, bringing together marine engineering, skilled craftsmanship, and carefully selected materials, while providing updates at key stages.

  5. Completion & Handover

Upon completion, the Watersuite is prepared for handover at the agreed location. Our team provides the relevant documentation and supports the necessary collection arrangements, ensuring a carefully coordinated final stage.

Amor

The first realised Watersuite.

The original Amor brought the Watersuite from idea to reality. Built and launched in Croatia in 2023, it became a working proof of concept: a real environment in which the relationship between space, water, privacy and autonomy could be experienced and refined. It is on the water in Split, and available for inspection stays and private viewings by arrangement.
